Yoga Therapy

Progression Program


During 3 months, we will have 10 individual sessions to build on our co-created yoga therapy package.


Small Group


This 5 week program is an opportunity for you to take time for yourself and slow down.



As a social worker, turned yogi, turned yoga therapist I create a space that allows your innate healing to happen. I believe that each of us has our own inner wisdom, and when we tap in to that wisdom we take our healing journey in to our own hands. 

My desire is for you to be able to live your most fulfilling and desirable life. And I believe that starts with awareness. We can’t change what we aren’t aware of, and our work together will grow your awareness of what is and isn’t working for you. It will give you tools that support your life, your goals and your passions. 

I hold a Masters in Social Work from the University of Georgia and am an internationally certified yoga therapist. I work with clients 1:1, as well as in small groups, to grow their awareness of their physical body - how it moves and the sensations that are present - and help them explore how this provides a roadmap for making decisions in their day to day life.
